Since 2023, our work has reached more than 5,000 people across neighborhoods, correctional institutions, courts, workforce initiatives and community programs. At the center of that work is something much harder to measure: relationships strong enough to interrupt conflict, open doors and help people move differently through their lives.

What it takes to do this work
Consistent presence creates relationships long before a crisis occurs.
Curbside Counselors work through credibility, proximity and relationships that cannot be manufactured by a program.
Immediate intervention is paired with practical pathways toward employment, education, behavioral health, reintegration support and other opportunities.
The same work extends into correctional institutions, courts, professional training and partnerships that influence the environments people return to.
From Akron, into a larger conversation
Since March 2023, Non Stop Growth has built a body of work spanning community violence intervention, youth development, correctional institutions, workforce opportunity, public systems and professional education.
That experience increasingly places Non Stop Growth in conversation with organizations and leaders working through many of the same challenges in communities across the country.
What started in Akron continues to grow beyond it.
