Since March 2023, Non Stop Growth has delivered violence intervention, correctional outreach, employment support, youth mentorship, behavioral health, financial education and professional training across Akron.

Operating capacity
Programs have been delivered in neighborhoods, detention centers, juvenile correctional facilities, adult prisons and community institutions.
NSG works with employers, clinicians, legal professionals and community organizations to support direct service delivery. The organization also provides accredited professional education, Curbside Counselor development and implementation support.
Non Stop Growth uses place-based data and community knowledge to identify where risk is concentrated and which conditions may be contributing to violence. This helps communities direct outreach, services and prevention resources more precisely.
The documentary “My Life” uses Marcel McDaniel’s experience with incarceration, reentry and community leadership as an educational resource for university, community and public-sector audiences.
